Shimano HD-Orca

The HD-ORCA now adds another dimension to its highly-touted series of Orca offshore lures.  The HD-ORCA has a unique diving and swimming action when retrieved with low and slow sweeps of the rod while allowing the lure to return to the surface after each sweep,  replicating a wounded or fleeing baitfish.  The HD-ORCA features Shimano’s JET BOOST technology for increased casting distance.

Shimano's Propulsion Weight Transfer System is designed to increase casting distance compared to a lure of similar weight and dimensions.  The system allows an internal weight to slide to the back of the lure during casting and then springs forward when the lure hits the water,  rebalancing the lure for consistent and lifelike action when retrieving.
